The companies declined to disclose financial terms of the deal. Eva is looking to raise as much as $252 million in a round that could value it at more than $600 million, according to an analysis of its public filings by VC Experts, a firm that studies private market data. Eva is backed by at least $20 million in funding, and the additional round of financing will help fund the acquisition.
